1.) How can I cancel my order?

We do not consider cancellations once the order is placed. No refund will be made in case of cancellations.

2.) How can I create return request?

We only accept return in case of receipt of Damaged/Defective products. Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographs over email  in writing within 48 hours. Refund will be provided in case replacement for the same product is not available. 

3.) I have created a return request through email.When will the product be picked up?

 Our logistics team will arrange the pick up of the damaged piece anywhere between 4 - 7 days,if the product is verified for the return.

4.) What are the shipping charges.

We provide free shipping all over India.

5.) Is COD available for all products.

Sorry, presently we don't provide COD payment option.

6.) How can I place bulk orders.

8.) Who pays for shipping if I have to return the product.

We have a reverse pickup facilities and there is no shipping charges that you have to pay for reverse pickup.

In that case please write to us within 24 hours of delivery.
